El Pargo is a 30 ft fishing boat for up to 6 persons, powered by a Single Cummins 315HP Diesel Engine. A trip aboard El Pargo includes everything you need for a true Cabo fishing adventure such as double fighting chairs, outrigger system, complete bait tank, full cabin, bathroom, GPS & more.
You can book your trip online by selecting either a 5- or 8-hour trip by paying only the deposit and pay the balance on the fishing day either in Cash or Credit Card!

Must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the fishing date, or cancellation cannot be accepted. A minimum charge will apply. Cancellations received in time will have a minimum booking fee of 33% applied due to dates and space cannot be sold to others clients and we lose money.

Trip of a lifetime! These guys really know what they are doing . Within the first hour we had 3 huge Dorados. Total catch 10 Dorados and 2 Marlins !!!Catch and release. It was just my boyfriend and I ! Shout out to José and Pancho ! You guys are the best! Merry Christmas see you soon. 🎄

Bucket list trip with my son!!! Jose (pilot) and Pancho (deckhand) were very welcoming. It was apparent their goal was to make sure our experience was beyond what we expected.
Just hours into the trip we hooked into a nice Marlin that I would have expected to take much longer to get in the boat. With Jose at the helm working the boat and tiring the fish it only took us about an hour.
What an experience.
That Marlin measured in at 8’2″ and will be hanging on the wall soon.

Went out with Jose and Andres on 7/28/2022 for 8 hours with family and friends. I’ve been deep sea fishing several times but never hooked or landed ANY Marlin. This was the absolute trio of a lifetime! Didn’t take long for the Bonito and Dorado to start biting. All onboard (5 of us) caught at least two fish…girls included. And I got to land my first striped Marlin! Jose and Andres were VERY accommodating with a lunch, drinks and even shade! Could not have had a better outing and they’ve literally given me a memory for the rest of my life! I knew catching my first one would be special but it was so much more for all onboard as some had never been deep sea fishing! I’ve already made a recommendation to someone coming down tomorrow hoping to have the same luck! I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Went out on the El Pargo with Santiago and Fredy, had an amazing day. Just my wife (whom had never fished) and I, Fredy took pictures of us with the arch, turned up the pacific side and within 10 minutes we were hooked into Dorado. Fredy was so patient helping my wife land a really nice dorado. All in all a great day, 6 Dorado, Bonito, 2 really nice Marlin. Definitely a 5 star day and crew! Will definitely book again.

Went out with Lois and Freddy. They worked tirelessly to get us on the fish and succeeded! One Mahi Mahi, one gray shark and one marlin!
Then took us to a friend in the marina to have our Mahi Mahi fileted. Then introduced us to the chef of Vibrant Cuisine who cooked it up 5 different ways. Absolutely fabulous tasting.
Awesome experience on El Pargo.
Will definitely book again next time we are there.
